ABOUT THE ROLE – RESTAURANT SERVER

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Restaurant Server, you will play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service while embodying our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
• Providing menu recommendations and sharing knowledge of our Italian dishes and drinks.
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Ensuring tables are clean, organised, and ready for service.
• Collaborating closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling guest requests and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times.
