What you’ll do

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision, speed, and personality.

• Deliver warm, memorable experiences that turn first-time guests into regulars.

• Share expert knowledge of Italian aperitivi, wines, and spirits — confidently recommending pairings.

• Keep the bar area organised, fully stocked, and ready for service at all times.

• Support your teammates to ensure seamless service between bar and floor.

• Handle payments and follow all responsible alcohol and licensing guidelines.

• Bring new ideas for cocktails, promotions, and guest experiences that reflect Bar Lina’s spirit.

About you

• Previous bartending experience in a quality-driven or high-volume bar or restaurant.

• Solid knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, and Italian ingredients.

• Engaging, positive, and confident when interacting with guests.

• Team-oriented and calm under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail.

• Passionate about hospitality, learning, and creating moments guests remember.
