ABOUT THE ROLE – RESTAURANT SERVER

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and seating guests with a friendly and professional approach

• Taking food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately

• Offering menu knowledge and recommendations

• Delivering food and drinks with care and attention to detail

• Ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly

• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service

• Upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards

• Working across a rota including early, late, and weekend shifts

IDEAL CANDIDATE – WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience as a server or in a busy restaurant environment

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Friendly, confident communicator and natural people person

• Calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

• Strong awareness of service, hygiene, and safety standards

• Flexible availability for mixed shifts, including weekends
