ABOUT THE ROLE – HEAD BARTENDER
As Head Bartender, you will lead our bar team, ensuring outstanding cocktail creation, service, and operations while upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee bar operations and ensure seamless service

• Train, mentor, and motivate bar team members

• Craft innovative cocktails, focusing on Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi

• Manage stock, control costs, and drive sales

• Maintain top-tier Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards

• Enhance the guest experience through creative menu development and exceptional service

IDEAL CANDIDATE – WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced Head Bartender with a strong background in bar management

• Passionate about mixology, hospitality, and guest experience

• Extensive knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi

• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and developing teams

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively

• Creative mindset with a flair for cocktail innovation
