ABOUT THE ROLE – JUNIOR SOUS CHEF OPPORTUNITY

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency while maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth service

• Assisting in training and developing junior team members

• Preparing and delivering high-quality handmade Italian dishes

• Helping manage stock, orders, and food preparation

• Maintaining high Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards

• Upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step

• Passionate about Italian cuisine and delivering high-quality dishes

• Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude

• Some experience in training or supporting junior team members

• Holds a minimum Level 2 Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Certificate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment

• Italian-speaking is advantageous but not essential
