The Role

This is a dual role combining barista and delicatessen duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee (essential barista experience required)
• Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Serving deli food (meats, cheeses, antipasti, takeaway items)
• Supporting retail sales and upselling products
• Maintaining clean, organised, and well-stocked displays
• Assisting with daily operations and stock control
• Following food hygiene and health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience with good coffee knowledge
• Experience in a deli, café, or food retail environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Confident communication in English
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Passion for food, coffee, and hospitality
