ABOUT US
An iconic Italian delicatessen and restaurant established in 1944, Lina Stores is known for its fresh, handmade pasta and authentic Italian dishes, with locations across London and Manchester.

THE ROLE
As a CDP Pasta Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section, cooking fresh pasta to the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll ensure consistency, quality, and presentation while supporting smooth service alongside the Head Chef and team.

RECRUITMENT OPEN DAY

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience as a CDP or strong Demi CDP in a high-volume kitchen
• Confident cooking fresh pasta with consistency and precision
• Passion for Italian cuisine and high-quality ingredients
• Strong organisation and teamwork skills
