ABOUT THE ROLE – ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Full Time | Mixed Shifts

At Lina Stores, Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

You will lead by example on the floor, support and develop your team, maintain high service and food hygiene standards, and help drive operational and commercial performance while creating a positive and inclusive environment.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Experience supporting operational and commercial targets
