ABOUT THE ROLE – ASSISTANT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.

You will lead shifts by example, creating a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and team members feel valued and supported. You will champion our values of Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, ensuring every service reflects the very best of Italian hospitality.

You will help oversee daily operations, maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards, support with team training and development, and assist with stock control, scheduling, and administrative duties. Working closely with the management team, you will help drive operational excellence, motivate your colleagues, and contribute to achieving the restaurant's financial and performance goals.

IDEAL CANDIDATE – WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and operational standards.

  • A positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to lead by example.

  • A team player who embodies Hospitality, Generosity, and Passion.
